| 2 | " Before seeing Dr. Elmer, I was suffering from frequent migraine headaches, as well as insomnia ever since I was 12 years old. I had gone to several M.D.'s to try to find what the cause was. They all had did the same blood work over and over again, and said that the only real solution would be a few pills. One to be able to sleep at night, and a couple others for the migraines (which I refused). However, shortly after seeing Dr. Elmer I noticed that my migraine headaches were happening about half as often as before, and that they were half as sever. Now, I can sleep a full nights sleep, and hardly ever have any headaches thanks to the only good doctor I've met, Dr. Elmer. Thank you! " |

"
I found Dr. Elmer's office merely by walking by one day in February 2006. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could speak to the doctor. She said Yes. I told Dr. Elmer that I was still under worker's compensation care, but wanted to know if he thought he could help me. He replied, "Yes, I'm sure I can."
On March 30th, 2006 I had the last of ten doors slammed in my face by worker's comp. On March 31st 2006 I walked into Dr. Elmer's office in a lot of pain, with my left shoulder dropped to the extent of 4 inches, and my head very far forward. The CA took several x-rays, and the same day I was adjusted by Dr. Elmer. I walked over the the mirror with half as much pain as normal and burst into tears, saying: "I am straight again!" I said to Dr. Elmer "Do you realize that you have done more for me in one day than work comp. has done for me in 6 months?" Through the visits to Dr. Elmer's office and doing my exercises, molding and traction at home I have come to the level of stability that I am at now. On May 5th 2006, more x-rays were taken. These x-rays show that the discs are re-generating and enlarging, therefore not causing the bone-on-bone effect. This is reducing pain in my low back. Also, it was interesting to see the the disc with the tear has healed! Counting the week that Dr. Elmer was on vacation, I have been under his care for 5 weeks. I only see him three days a week now. Dr. Elmer and his staff feel that I am improving, and in about 2 weeks I will be flying home to see my parents for a week. After going for months of being unable to sit, now I am able to sit as much as 3 hours per day. I no longer walk with the sharp knife-like pains in my lower back either. I am taking a lot less pain pills, and some days none at all. Soon after June 8th, I look to be released to look for a new career. It's a miracle! I wish to thank Dr. Elmer and his staff for giving me a tomorrow that is brighter than I ever could have imagined! " |

| 4 | " In January of 2006 I had a breakdown of my back. The symptoms included, not being able to stand or sit without complete pain wracking through my body. After going through a procedural operation that included an epidural shot in 7 vertebrae, I was finally able to return to work. In March a friend told me to go see his Chiropractor, Dr. Roger Elmer. Since seeing him I am finally able to go through my life with less pain than I have been in, in a long time. If I would have seen Dr. Elmer before my lower back operations, (2 in 3 years) I never would have had to have any surgery. About a month ago I had a relapse of the pain I endured in January and Dr. Elmer was able to rid me of the pain in one day. All without surgery. I would highly recommend anyone with spinal pain to see this man. He is truly our "Dr. Hope!" " |

"
I started with Dr. Elmer the 1st of November 2008. At that time I was in considerable pain. I have had three major car accidents and I fell of my horse and had a compression fractured the T12 in my back. Dr. Elmer took X-Rays (of Course). I had little or no spacing between the vertebrae. I had been to two neurosurgeons (one was UCLA trained and the other was at UCLA). Both doctors suggested physical therapy and cortisone injections. Neither gave me any relief from the pain and I did not want surgery on my neck. My sister had started with Dr. Elmer and was progressing very nicely. I was in California at the time and my husband saw an ad in the paper by a Chiropractor. I called and asked if he practiced that Pettibon System. I made an appointment for a consultation and he told me he was coming to Las Vegas to meet with Dr. Elmer and start practicing the Pettibon system. I got back to Las Vegas a little better but I still could not do housework, pickup my grand kids, groom my horse, or vacuum my house. After 3 months, Dr. Elmer re-X-Rayed the back and we could see that I then had space between the vertebrae and my level of pain was greatly reduced. Just this past week (4-27-09) I was able to help the farrier with 3 hours. I groomed them and actually picked up the feet on the horses. I had not been able to do that for at least a year and a half. Dr. Elmer and the Pettibon System worked very well for me and I am so grateful that my sister told me about him. I highly recommend anyone with back problems should see Dr. Elmer ASAP. " |

| 6 | " I have been a patient of Dr. Roger Elmer's for 4-5 years. It's been a long process, but I've been diligent with the home therapy he gave me to do, plus came into the office for adjustments as required. I am pain free. I can stand up straight, my neck will move freely, my eyes are level and I am flexible throughout my body. The wobble chair in our home has been a great asset. I have been discouraged at times but the results are worth all the effort. I do know that to keep doing well I MUST keep doing the therapy. Work will win when wishy washy wishing won't " |
